Designed and developed the WorkCenter customer portal for Celeritive to provide a centralized platform for software distribution, licensing, and customer support. The portal allows users to download the latest product releases, access how-to videos and documentation, store and manage license keys, request assistance, and download partner applications or trial software.
A key focus of the implementation was simplifying the software selection process. The portal was configured to guide customers to compatible combinations of Siemens NX CAM and VoluMill versions, eliminating confusion and reducing installation issues. By structuring downloads around verified compatibility, users could quickly identify the correct software packages for their environment.
The result was a streamlined customer experience that reduced support overhead, improved deployment accuracy, and provided a single destination for product updates, resources, and ongoing customer engagement.
To streamline software access and reduce support overhead, we developed Workcenter, a centralized customer portal for Celeritive users. Prior to Workcenter, customers relied on email communication with technical support, requiring manual matching of VoluMill versions to each customer's installed NX CAM environment. This process introduced delays, time zone challenges, and the potential for human error.
Workcenter transformed the experience by allowing customers to log in with their own credentials, select their NX CAM version, and instantly download the latest compatible VoluMill release. The portal also provided on-demand access to how-to videos for both new and advanced users, creating a comprehensive self-service resource.
By centralizing downloads, documentation, and learning content, Workcenter became the primary self-help interface for Celeritive customers—eliminating manual effort, accelerating deployment, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
